Information For Authors
IPS Intelligentsia Publishing Services is committed to ensuring quality publishing of articles. We at IPS are also committed to ensuring that works published on our platform reaches the right audience so that they get the desired attention and citation. To this effect, we have configured our system to enable automatic indexing of articles. We are also partnering with major database providers worldwide for indexing and abstracting of published contents.
Interested in submitting to this journal? We recommend that you review the About the Journal page for the journal's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.
In case you experience difficulty using our online submission system, the corresponding author can submit papers directly to the editor using this email address editor@ipsintelligentsia.com. Following this option requires that the corresponding author provide the email address(es) of all co-authors. The reason behind the email request is that IPS Intelligentsia uses the Open Journal System to manage its workflow, so all files manually submitted will be uploaded to the system by our journal manager.
NB. Making new submissions to IPS Intelligentsia journals does not require any prior formatting of articles. Authors will only be required to do so after the acceptance of their papers. This is important so that focus should be on the content/quality of the paper rather than the looks. Also, this measure is important so that authors do not get worn-out if eventually the review comes unsuccessful.
However, the following are the general guidelines for all IPS journals.
1. Abstract should be between 250-300 words and structured as follows: Background, Aim, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
2. Keywords: Provide 5-10 keywords
3. Research articles should be structured as follows: Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion or Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknoledgement, References.
4. Review articles: Systematic reviews should follow this format: Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion or Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknoledgement. Narrative and other kinds of reviews should follow this format: Abstract, Introduction, Literature review, Conclusion, Acknoledgement.
