Peer Review Policy

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal undergo a double-blind peer review process, managed by the editorial board. Under this system, both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities remain anonymous to ensure fairness and objectivity. Reviewers invited by the editors are required to adhere strictly to established ethical standards for peer review.

Each manuscript is typically evaluated by two reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject area. The decision of the first reviewer carries particular weight in guiding the editor’s final decision. The review process duration may vary depending on the reviewers’ availability; however, one round of review is generally completed within four weeks.

Prospective reviewers are selected based on the alignment of their expertise with the manuscript’s subject matter. Invitations are sent by email, and upon acceptance, the manuscript is provided through the journal’s OJS platform.

Review Criteria

To maintain high publication standards, reviewers assess the quality and rigor of submissions based on the following:

  • Title: Does the title accurately reflect the content of the article?
  • Background and Objectives: Are the problem statement and research objectives clearly and concisely presented?
  • Methodology: Is the research methodology appropriate, detailed, and replicable? Are tools, techniques, and materials sufficiently described?
  • Results and Discussion: Are the results presented clearly? Does the discussion adequately interpret the findings, address the objectives, and reference relevant literature (or suggest more suitable references where needed)?
  • Conclusions: Do the conclusions logically follow from the results and directly address the stated objectives? Are statistical analyses and significance levels provided, rather than only general summaries?
