IPS charges an article processing fee of $30 for international authors and 25,000 naira for local authors. The fee is necessary to offset the cost of publication, peer review management, hosting, Crossref subscription, indexing, and archiving for open-access articles. The fees are fixed and independent of article page length, with no submission or color editing fees. The ability for authors to pay article processing fees is not a requisite for article acceptance or rejection. Authors are advised to submit only well-prepared articles.
The article processing fee is waived for articles to be published under Closed Access. Our book program will charge authors per chapter, except for books to be published under Closed Access.
Hard copies of reprints are also available and will be priced by our finance department upon request.
Payment methods:
- Card transfer: Direct card payments can be made to us through our secure payment platform using MasterCard, Visa, Verve, and other payment methods. The platform for making such payments will be provided to authors only upon acceptance of their articles.
2. Bank wire transfer: For authors who prefer this method, bank transfer information will be made available after manuscript acceptance by our finance department. The following details will be sent to you: Account name, account number, name of bank, account branch address, swift code, routing number.
